Shawn and his crew came to my home, in Waterbury, to take away a couple trailers full of junk. I should also say that they came three months ago to carry the stuff down from the top of my barn so I could sort it. That was a big job, I don't like heights and I couldn't do it myself. They were organized, professional and I was so thankful for them. Eric helped coordinate and schedule the removal this time and he was fantastic. Today, they took everything away, in the pouring rain. Again, they were kind, professional and I loved working with them. I suspect I will need junk removal again and I will definately call. I deeply appreciate their help and service. My experience is that they are true to the commercials!
We have moved many times-up the street and across the country and this was one of the best. Chris and friends listened to us and did a great job packing and delivering all of our stuff up the street and to a storage unit and taking junk away too. Downsizing is not fun but they actually delivered a positive experience. We will be forever grateful. Highly recommend Grunts if you want a personalized experience
