A 2025 customer said they had a patio and walkway done and would hire them again. A 2025 customer praised the clean, crisp lines with edging for a new fall look. In a 2021 review, a customer said Francois was hired for a complicated situation in their backyard, and that the job, which included excavation and the installation of a stockade fence, was clean and complete in less than two days. A 2020 customer wrote that Francois had done a lot of work for them over the years, at their home and at a few commercial properties they own. A 2020 customer who hired Francois for a major project said he first gave a $500k verbal quote for land clearing, and that someone else did that clearing for $40k.
