Landscape maintenance and substantial yard renovations both feature in accounts from Guerrini Landscape's customers. The Mansfield company says it has served the town and surrounding communities for more than 30 years, expanding into landscape design, construction and maintenance. Its BBB profile describes residential and commercial lawn care and says the business was established in Massachusetts in 1978 and incorporated in 1986. Long-term customers have used Guerrini for ongoing upkeep as well as new projects. In a March 2024 Google review, a customer praised Kevin and the team for maintenance over the years, listening to their needs and responding to weather-related challenges. A 2022 reviewer described hiring Guerrini for several projects, ranging from a walkway to an extensive pool patio with landscaping. They said Kyle helped from the design concept through scheduling and the punch list. Planting work gets its own detailed account. An October 2023 customer in Sharon described a revision of the landscaping around their house. Matt developed a planting plan that included dwarf varieties to reduce trimming, rose bushes and shade-tolerant plants. The reviewer said there was a small charge for the plan, costs were clearly explained, and installation went well. Matt also coordinated with their sprinkler professional, delaying mulch until the sprinkler changes were finished. For hardscape construction, a June 2024 customer described a large backyard patio and pavilion project. They said Matt Palin checked in each day work was underway and that the final invoice matched the estimate. Another June 2024 customer described a pool and backyard upgrade involving several elevations, granite steps, a fireplace and chimney, excavation and multiple patios. That reviewer said the crew arrived on time, kept the jobsite clean and organized, and provided exact costs for changes as the project progressed. There is also an older complaint about the quoting process. In August 2023, a one-star reviewer said an initially welcoming contact was followed by a hostile telephone response and a hang-up when they called about an expected quote. Guerrini's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is expired. Kyle S Guerrini's Massachusetts construction supervisor license is active; that is a separate credential from the company's registration. BBB gives the company an A+ grade, and Google shows a 4.7-star average from 40 ratings.
