We can't say enough good things about Char, Binni and team. From our very first conversation, Char made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable. Her knowledge of the market was deep and immediately apparent - she answered every question we threw at her, flagged things we hadn't even thought to ask about, and helped us understand the trade-offs behind every decision. She listened carefully to what we wanted, never pushed us toward anything that wasn't right for us, and treated our questions — big or small — with the same level of care and thoughtfulness. She was also remarkably responsive. Texts, calls, emails — she got back to us quickly, often well outside of normal hours, and we never once felt like we were waiting or wondering where things stood. Her team behind the scenes deserves a huge amount of credit too: every handoff was smooth, every detail was tracked, and the whole experience felt seamless from start to finish. We're now happily settled into our home, and we credit a huge part of that to Char, Binni and team. We would recommend Hackett & Glessner in a heartbeat to anyone buying a home, and wouldn't hesitate to work with her again ourselves.
