Three customers describe finished work they are happy with: a three-season room added to a home in Strafford that the owners say became their favourite room, a kitchen and half-bath makeover they call beautifully done, and a short note on attention to detail. A commenter on r/newhampshire in 2022 said the company itemised everything and came in exactly at its quote, adding that it was not the cheapest bid. The other half of the record is serious. A 2022 customer who paid $323,000 for a house build lists uninsulated windows and doors, french doors fastened with finish nails, interior doors hung backwards, trim that is cracked or unsecured, siding they call the worst they have seen, and mold in the subfloor. Before signing, ask three things: for references from recent whole-house or addition clients specifically, for written confirmation of who pulls and closes the permits and when the final inspection happens, and — for any home built before 1978 — for a current EPA Lead-Safe firm certification, since the only credential on file is the lapsed NAT-F180006-1 listing BuildZoom re-verified as expired in June 2026. New Hampshire does not register general contractors, so there is no state licence to check for this work.
