A 2026 customer said Bob came back and repaired their boiler less than a week after his first visit, after another company could not find the part. A recent customer called the communication horrible. A 2025 customer described a dispute over a boiler install for an elderly mother, saying it was overpriced. In a 2025 review, a customer said they waited days for repair quotes after a failed tank assessment and ran out of oil. A 2025 Reddit commenter said Haffner's flooded a basement with about 150 gallons of oil after a driver hooked up to an old fill neck.
“If you must, I switched from Eastern to Haffners. Saved myself $300 a fill up.”
“Funny enough, Haffner's was one of them. They flooded some guy's basement with like 150 gallons of oil because their driver hooked up to the old fill neck that should have been removed and was no longer in service.”
“Haffner's will lease them just for this, but won't install them until Spring.”
“Haffner's were better--although only on Google reviews. Yelp was terrible.”
“I'll see what Haffner's has to say tomorrow.”
Will not take on new customers and won't sell you there product even if paying cash. Nice way to do business
The communication with this company is horrible. If I wasn't forced into using them, I would definitely move on.
Hi folks, this is Robert. We had Bob from Haffners come and repair our boiler less than a week after his first visit. Another company could not find the part. He had our boiler working in no time after five years burning firewood for heat. Great company great service...thanks so much Bob!!!🔥
We just moved into our new home and were caught off guard when the propane had run out! Thankfully it happened the same day we had a safety inspection scheduled and the technician Nate who came out to perform it was able to help us get set up with a temporary tank until we could receive a full refill the next day. Service across the board was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!
my landlord called because the heat kept shutting off. happened 3 times. anyways they sent a tech over. there is a camera in the basement- Edited- had an issue with a technician and haffners handled it very professionally and i am pleased with the response time. thank you for taking my concerns seriously and look forward to more years of service.
