Additions are what people call O'Regan Construction for. A bedroom, bathroom and deck went onto one house in a review written in August 2026; a 10x14 dining room onto another in January 2024; a garage and mudroom back in August 2014. Paul O'Regan runs the Bedford shop as a sole proprietorship, and homeowners name his crew alongside him — he and Jay appear together in reviews from December 2016, January 2024 and August 2026. The Better Business Bureau's profile dates the business to 1987 and gives it an A+ rating, though the company is not BBB accredited. The written history runs 2014 through 2026, and 23 of its 24 reviews are 5 stars; the lone 4.5, from June 2018, came from someone who wrote that the company probably deserved a solid 5 and that they were just hyper-critical. Several of the reviews are about what it cost. A July 2023 review describes a carport that turned out more extensive than the original quote and still came in at the quoted price. The January 2024 homeowner with the dining-room addition called the price fair and the job paid in two or three progress payments along the way. In July 2025, a customer wrote that it was the first project they had done that came in on time and on budget. Recent jobs look like the older ones. That August 2026 addition included HVAC, plumbing and electrical work alongside the carpentry. In April 2026, a homeowner had windows added to a screened porch, insulation and walls put into the space underneath, and a roof built over a small sun room. A March 2026 review covers a project carried from design through permitting, building and inspection, with adjustments made as it went. Further back: a 26x28 two-car garage in December 2016, a walk-out basement renovated in September 2015, and a farmers porch in May 2018 whose owner noted the site left in good condition at the end of each work day. The guarantee is the thing to settle in writing. BBB's profile says the company offers a two-year guarantee on workmanship, while the FAQ on its Angi profile says estimates are free but no warranty is offered. Angi and HomeAdvisor each list trade license number CS-067719, and the HomeAdvisor profile is the Angi one mirrored — same reviews, same rating, same address — so it is one listing rather than two. New Hampshire does not register general contractors or remodelers. O'Regan Construction is a reasonable call for an addition, a garage, a porch conversion or a finished basement — the projects where one person coordinates the trades. Before the first payment, get the warranty terms in writing, and ask who holds the plumbing and electrical licenses on your job.
