I had an appointment today with them. They never even told me a time. I took the day off of work. I called their office around 10:30am to see if they would give me a time. The woman who answered said they had an emergency call and that they would be here a little after noontime. I called again a little after 3pm. The woman answered with noise in the background, like maybe in her car even though their office closes at 4. She said she was going to reach out to whomever was on the road. It’s now 4:40. I called and told them their services are no longer needed. No respect for their customers. What a joke of a company. I know they are a small company but at least reach out to your customers and let them know what is going on. No respect whatsoever. Even the woman who said she was going to call whomever was out on the jobs reached out to me.

Came out today to pump the septic. The man who showed up already had an attitude when he found out that someone else had pumped our septic prior. Complained that there were items in the way, which my husband immediately moved without question. When my husband went inside and came back out, the man was gone and didn't even say he was leaving or if he was coming back. I attempted to call and left messages. When they finally called me back, the man said he didn't have his digger with him but the cover is right in the backyard, exposed. No need to dig. I asked him why he had an attitude and he started to argue with me and hung up. I am literally in shock as to why my husband and I were treated this way. We've lived in Hampden a long time and have never run into this kind of situation with a Hampden owned business. My neighbor said they were great but apparently we couldn't be treated with the same respect, for whatever reason. It's unfortunate. The woman who scheduled the appointment was very kind. Everything else was terrible. I'm sure they will have a response to this as well and I have a feeling it will be just as rude.

Hampden Septic did a fantastic job pumping our septic tank. It is my first time owning a house with a septic this hard working family owned business answered all of my questions about septic tanks. They went above and beyond helping locate the tank and dug to find it which was about 2-3 feet deep and the cover was 4 feet wide! I will highly recommend Hampden Septic to my family & friends, and use them for many years to come. Thank you!
