And a September 2025 customer at a lake house said the crew was nice and professional, but the price seemed excessive for work that took a very short time. Once Andrew is at the chimney, the accounts are consistent: photos, plain explanations, guaranteed work, prices most customers call fair. Getting him there is what went wrong for two customers in late 2025, so confirm the appointment the day before and get a callback number that reaches him. And since one customer felt the bill was steep for a short visit, have the quote break out labor from materials before you say yes.
