In a July 2022 Google review, a new-in-town customer said Chris responded promptly and quoted $1200 in mid-March to clear an overgrown back yard of weeds and bushes, agreed to keep it to about $1000, and said he would be out the first week of April. The customer said they texted and called several times, got a mid-April text saying he would come the next day to "complete the work" though he hadn't started, and then heard nothing back through April, so they hired someone else. The other reviews are short and positive: a May 2025 Google customer called the service professional and reliable, and an April 2022 Angi customer said Hansen offered excellent service at a fair price. Google shows 3.7 stars from 11 ratings; Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0 from 1. Connecticut's registry shows its home improvement contractor license, HIC.0658080, as expired.
