Heating & AC

My AC broke down over the weekend, and my apartment complex used Oasis to come in and replace my HVAC system. They were here bright and early at 8:30 AM, and my system was fixed and my AC was up and running before 10 AM. Jackson and Cody were the Oasis techs that were sent and they were efficient, quick, very friendly, and made no mess. They even followed through and checked that everything was up and running along with educated me on what the issue was and how they fixed it before leaving. I thought this experience was going to be an all day hassle, and being a remote worker I was nervous that it was going to interfere with my work, and I couldn't have been further from the truth. I have Lupus so it's important that I am not in an environment that is really hot or sunny, and it's important that I keep my home at a specific temperature, and I was nervous that this issue would drag out for days, but thanks to Oasis, it did not. Awesome job, you guys, and to those of you looking for an awesome HVAC company that will fix your issue expeditiously but also do it correctly, not mess up or dirty up your home while doing it, and are polite and have amazing customer service that includes customer education, OASIS is definitely the answer for you.
