A 2026 customer said the team installed their solar and battery system and called them communicative. A 2024 customer said the system went in under two days for less than the other big companies in the area, and that Jake made the process as easy as a brief site visit and handing over a GMP report. A 2023 homeowner described the wiring in a late-1880s house as a mess and said it was not a problem for Jake and Hellbrook, and that the job site was left clean. A 2025 customer said Jacob and his team arrived when they said they would and cleaned up the area when they were done.
