Two things are worth pinning down before calling. A 2017 HomeAdvisor customer gave four stars and said there was confusion over what work was to be done, so get the scope written out. And one bathroom account — identical wording start to finish — appears three times across the sites, twice on Angi under different dates and once on Thumbtack, which is reason to weigh that 2025 burst more carefully than its volume alone suggests.
