Ventura And Sons General Contract

Ventura And Sons is a Lynn-based general contractor built around one person, Kleber Silva (also written as Kleber Da Silva and Kleber Ventura in reviews), who shows up personally in nearly every one of the company's 33 reviews. The business says it's been operating for 30 years and offers general contracting - kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home renovations, and additions - describing itself as licensed and insured; its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active and state-verified. The written record is deep and remarkably clean: every review on file, spanning 2020 through early 2026, is five stars. The range of work is wide - full kitchen renovations with new cabinets, backsplash, and lighting; multiple bathroom remodels including tile and vanity installs; basement and cellar finishing with leveled concrete floors and new drop ceilings; whole-house interior and exterior painting; and carpentry repair of wood rot. A repeated pattern across the reviews is that customers hire Kleber once and then keep calling him back for the next project - several describe using the company for a kitchen, then a bathroom, then painting, over a period of years, and multiple reviewers say he's become their first call for anything that needs doing. Reviewers consistently point to two things: reasonable, competitive pricing, and Kleber's own hands-on presence on the job, often daily, making sure the work matched what the customer wanted. One reviewer specifically credits him with fixing wood rot issues a carpenter found mid-project, and another describes him coordinating painting work around their move-in schedule without disrupting it. There is no complaint anywhere in this six-year written record. For a kitchen or bathroom remodel, a basement finish, or interior and exterior painting in the Lynn area, this is about as consistent and broad a track record as a homeowner is likely to find - the main thing worth doing, given how often reviewers say they've become repeat customers, is booking early.
