Had Hercules Electric update my home in Worcester from old Knob and Tubing to the 20th century. TJ and his crew were fantastic. A lot of work needed around old outlets and switches, and all were all neatly and cleanly patched up. The staff were beyond accommodating, respectful and polite. Hands down, one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a contractor. We first called TJ on a weekend morning with an electrical emergency, and he picked up immediately, came over quickly, and was calm, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and able to assess the problem right away. When TJ and his team returned the following week for the extensive work our house needed, including rewiring the entire panel, the service was just as exceptional. TJ was highly responsive to questions throughout the week, and his team went above and beyond at every step. They coordinated directly with our utility so we didn’t have to, identified an additional issue and got the utility to address it while they were onsite, and made sure every last detail was taken care of before they left, including things we hadn’t thought to ask about. They were smart, thorough, communicative, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. We felt completely taken care of from the first emergency call through the final walkthrough. We would recommend TJ and his team without hesitation and will absolutely call them for any future work.

Hercules Electric is awesome from initial quote to the job itself. I didn't have a large job, but several small ones and they explained each piece every step of the way... I couldn't recommend them enough and will be using them again in the future!

We wanted to install a Ring Doorbell in our unit but needed assistance because the previous owner had removed the original doorbell. We contacted Hercules Electric LLC, and they came out to assess how our doorbell wiring was configured. Impressed with their thorough assessment, we decided to move forward with the installation. The technician was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He completed the installation efficiently, explained the basics of using the Ring Doorbell, and answered all of our questions.
