A customer writing in December 2025 described a complete downstairs bathroom redo, including tile, a tub and a shower. The same customer said the crew also replaced an upstairs shower and vanity, then replastered and painted that bathroom's ceiling. They praised the workers' consideration while inside their home. Another December 2025 reviewer said one co-owner accompanied them through Lowe's to help select materials for a shower base, shower and floor tile, and drywall. Kitchen work appears in an October 2025 Google account: the customer said their kitchen replacement took about two weeks and called the price fair. A July 2025 reviewer described a second job with Thiago, praising the tile work, turnaround and communication. Earlier, a September 2022 Thumbtack customer said a planned bathroom repair and update developed into a complete remodel, with bedroom electrical work and a kitchen-sink replacement added. The customer said the work was scheduled while their renters were away. Shower installations also drew detailed praise. In September 2024, a Google reviewer described a glass-shower installation and replacement of the shower materials. They said the team proposed ideas while listening to their preferences, and described the installation as clean and accurate.
