Don’t trust Kevin believe me paid in full with an issue I trusted he would correct and promised he would I live in the same town as soon as I paid him IN FULL he never returns my text or calls for months I’ve been trying to ask him to communicate and let me know how the problem will be resolved gave him so much opportunity to correct it but never contacts me DONT USE THIS COMPANY typical contractor thief and I still have a defective window in my house after 13000.00 dollars later more details and reviews to come should. Be 0 stars but cant list without selecting one. Trying to submit to bbb and will add his company to it because hes not pat of it what does that tell you look into old reviews lots of bad ones you should see his massive house and garage he was able to build from ripping people off make sure you look at how long ago the goods ones were also very untrusting company

Could not be happier with the work the Heritage team did! They ran into some challenges with prior work that had not been done properly over the years, did the right thing to correct it, and were very reasonable. Our house looks like a completely new house from the outside. I would recommend Kevin and team to anyone.

They are the best! Heritage replaced our roof, installed new windows, and did needed repairs along the way. Kevin and his crew were talented and professional- they showed up when scheduled, did quality work, cleaned everything up, and came in on budget. They even were able to install a vintage custom decorative window - it looks great and is weathertight. Highly recommend!

I called Heritage to look at replacing all the windows on my home. Kevin came out, took a look, and gave me a quote. First thing I noticed with Kevin was that he wasn't a salesman like the other 4 companies I had out. He walked me trough the whole new construction process and showed me specific examples of what he would do. I liked that he works on the project with his crew. Kevin and his team overall did an excellent job with the window project. The quality of installation was fantastic. My neighbor (who is a building construction manager) came over once they were finished and said what a good job they did. Kevin gave a recommendation on what trim we should put on and I'm glad I listened because it looks great, makes the windows really pop out. Kevin, along with his team were such great people to work with. Very honest, respectful, and hard working. They make sure to protect everything inside and outside the house while working, and they clean up nicely when finished. Heritage was very fair in pricing compared to the others. I'm very happy with this project and will call Kevin at Heritage Exteriors for any future projects

My wife and I recently had Kevin and his team replace siding, windows, doors and deck on my home in Upton. His team did a fantastic job and made my house look better than when it was just built. His team is professional, courteous, prompt and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Kevin always checked in to make sure we were completely satisfied.
