Suffice to say, the home need(s) thousands of dollars worth of MAJOR work, both for the home itself as well as the property. Had I not done the inspection, I would have been in a very rough spot and stuck in a home that would not sell. I am very satisfied with the promptness, thoroughness and quality of the inspection done. He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. I will recommend this company to anyone and I will most certainly use him again myself going forward.
