Jeffrey has inspected two properties for me. He is knowledgeable, professional and although he takes time to explain items that may be necessary, he doesn't talk down to you. To me that's a deal breaker. His reports are thorough and the software he uses makes it quick and easy to pick and choose items from the inspection and easily create a list of concerns that can be passed along to the sellers. I highly recommend him!
