Hess' Property Services in Enfield says it has been in business for 40 years. A 2025 customer said their walkway "came out great" and found the company faster, less expensive and better at communication than competitors. A recent customer said Patrick came out to quote retaining wall and driveway projects, then went quiet through weeks of calls, emails and texts. Five weeks after the visit, he texted an apology and said he would email the quote the next morning; the customer said it never came. A recent customer said the company skipped a scheduled appointment without a word, and that when they got a call back and voiced their frustration, the young lady on the phone yelled at them and hung up.
Patrick came out to my house to give me a quote for retaining wall and driveway projects. I spent weeks calling, emailing, and texting to follow up for the quote. Five weeks after he came, I finally received a text reply from him apologizing and saying he'd email me the quote the next morning. It never came.
Unreliable. Used to be great, but now, avoid this place at all costs. Not only did they completely blow off today's scheduled appointment without a word, but their 'customer service' is totally unprofessional. When I got a call back and expressed my frustration, the young lady on the phone actually *yelled at me* and *hung up* on me. This is, and I quote, their 'busy season', and they seem too busy to show up or even send a courtesy text to reschedule, they’re clearly too busy to handle your business. Incompetent and incredibly rude.
Awesome place to work with, great people and super helpful. Faster, less expensive, and better communication than competitors. My walkway came out great! Thanks!
Fast and friendly service.
