The company works out of 35 Village Rd in Middleton and says it has been family-owned since 2018 under owner Ielciam Silveira, who describes learning construction beside his father and moving into painting after coming to America. It sells interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing and commercial work, and names its territory as Middleton and Lynnfield in Massachusetts plus Portsmouth, Hampton and Rye on the New Hampshire seacoast. The paperwork checks out where it can be checked. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 209794, is active and held in the company's own name. Its BBB page is an A+, accredited since September 2023, listing eight employees and Silveira as owner. The written history is short, consistent and uniformly five-star: five reviews spanning November 2023 to January 2026. They don't read like filler — people name names. A 2024 reviewer credited "Iam" with the finish suggestions on a cabinet job and thanked Karoline for handling proposals and change orders; another 2024 reviewer thanked a painter, Fernando, by name. A March 2025 customer described several rooms done with the painters keeping things neat and paying attention to edges and trim. A November 2023 reviewer had the whole house plus the kitchen cabinets done. That is a believable, specific set — it is also only five accounts, all on one platform, with the newest now seven months old. Two dates don't line up. The site says family-owned since 2018 and reports eight years in business; BBB records a business start of 5/19/2021 and prints five. Worth asking which figure describes the company and which describes Silveira's own years painting. For a cabinet refinish or a room-by-room repaint on the North Shore, this is a small, properly registered shop with a handful of detailed, repeat-customer write-ups behind it. Get the scope and the prep work in writing, and ask directly how long the corporation itself has been trading before you sign.
