The first is speed under pressure: a homeowner writing in March 2026 about ice-dam damage described a back wall down to the studs and a four-foot hole in the ceiling, and in January 2025 another credited the team with getting a flooded basement rebuilt on the schedule they promised. The second is finish work — a June 2026 customer had a kids' bedroom and a kitchen ceiling repaired and repainted and called the result smooth and flawless, and a November 2024 review covered painted walls and ceilings plus replacement hardwood on a second floor. Pricing rarely comes up, but where it does it favors them: in February 2025 a customer fixing a ceiling said WKD's rate beat two other bids. Scheduling has one dated snag — a December 2024 review described waiting on tile before the job could close, and that customer still lined up a next project. Two things to pin down before calling. And what customers describe is repair and reconstruction — ceilings, floors, drywall and paint after a loss — so be specific about scope when you ask for an estimate on anything larger.
