I cannot recommend Garett and the team highly enough. The quality of their work is top tier, they are punctual (a rarity these days) extremely knowledgable and willing to work with you to problem solve. I joke that I wish High Rock also did electrics, roofing, remodelling, etc too, given how great they are to work with. We had a whole house system installed along with RO and when moving, one of the first calls we made was to High Rock to see if we could replicate the great water they produced at our previous house at our new home.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and the level of service they provided us. On the morning of our wedding, which we were hosting at our home, we suddenly had no water pressure due to an issue with our well pump. As you can imagine, having 100 guests about to arrive for an at-home wedding with no running water was an absolute nightmare scenario! We called them for an emergency service call, explained what was happening, and they came out that morning and got our well pump fixed and our water back up and running in time for the wedding. They were incredibly responsive, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us when we needed it most. What could have turned into a complete disaster on one of the most important days of our lives was handled quickly and compassionately because of them. They went far above and beyond for us that morning, and the kindness they showed us is something we will never forget. It is rare to come across a company that not only provides excellent service, but is also made up of people who genuinely care about their customers and their community. We are beyond grateful for everything they did for us and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing well service. They absolutely earned customers for life from us. These guys are the best. Always pick up the phone and always on point. Their pricing is extremely fair and their workmanship and crew are exceptionally professional and top notch. I wouldn’t call anyone else! Garrett even gave me a few pointers over the phone which quickly alleviated a potential high cost repair. Don’t bother looking any further!

If you have any well or water problems Hop on the phone and call High Rock in Oxford on Pine street. They are the only ones you need. I have a well and septic and everything was working so good my dishes sparkling clean, my clothes smelling fresh then all of a sudden my water was brown. Believe me that's not too charming a color for water. Being in Real Estate I knew it couldn't possible be my septic since I just had it pumped and all was good not only that but a septic is everything that goes OUT not in. So it had to be my water source. Well then I looked in our bathroom and my husband put a sign on the toilet saying DON'T USE. Luckily I have two bathrooms and the other one was working otherwise, that can prove mighty inconvenient not to mention embarrassing LOL. So I called my sensational plumber who wouldn't be able to check things for a few days. Did you ever notice that plumbers are very busy people? They really are why so much goes wrong is beyond me ! It's an endless scope of clogged drains, unhinged toilets, and water running the wrong way! I'm so glad I never chose that line of work. Anyhow, my water source was the issue. Water coming into the house. The only way that happens is through the well. So I called High Rock and they made it out to my home the same day. ----------Amazing. They were thorough and checked a lot of things at first estimating my tank may be leaking since the pump did not turn on. I started praying since this could end up being $$$$$$ or tons of money Ugh! But it turned out to be an electric breaker that needed to be flipped on. But the reason for that was the water level got so low that it shut off. My do not use toilet was the culprit it was continuously running water out of the tank and dirt was coming up the pipes! But, I never heard it. It just would't fill up. Chad with High Rock explained it all he and his assistant Rob were all in concentrating on just what was occurring . It was an easy fix just shut the water going to the troublesome toilet and let the well recover water to service the rest of the house. Soon my water was clear again what a relief! Naturally I'm replacing the bad toilet. They offered to just fix the non working parts but I'm not into antiques so, getting a new one was the way to go for me. And let's not forget to mention the woman answering the phone and scheduling all the appointments Jessica. She was simply terrific. So understanding, polite and efficient. If it wasn't for her I'd have never gotten an appointment in the first place. So much better than talking to a recording LOL, while she's on the phone she texts me to say she'll be right with me. Unheard of service a true multitasker. You can't get better than that. Don't waste your time with the others just pick up the phone and your water will be good. Thank you so much! Anne Augustine.
