The Better Business Bureau lists Hilltop Heating as offering sales and service for gas and oil fired burners, new heating system installs for residential and commercial use, water pump installs and repairs, and full scale plumbing. A recent customer says the service is really fast and values the explanations of what went wrong with the boiler, why, and how to prevent future events; that customer says they have been using Hilltop for over 20 years. In a 2022 review, a customer whose boiler stopped working in the middle of the night called that morning, and he arrived the same day to fix the issue in no time. In a 2024 review, a customer said that for emergency plumbing issues (or non-emergency), Hilltop was there within a few hours or the next day, and that they never felt overcharged. In a 2025 review, a customer who had worked with them several times cited significantly better pricing than some of the other businesses in the area. In a separate 2022 review, a customer said Jim and his employees took the time to explain what repairs needed to be done and kept the customer informed on the work being performed.

Really fast service. The best part is the explanations of what went wrong and why and how to prevent future events with the boiler. We've been using them for over 20 years! Very satisfied.
Wonderful service - friendly, helpful, accommodating, plus significantly better pricing than some of the other businesses in the area. We've worked with them several times and we're always pleased! Definitely recommend!
Every member of Hilltop Heating have treated everyone in my family with nothing but kindness, loyalty, and true professionalism. Anytime I’ve had an emergency plumbing issue (or non-emergency), they have been there within a few hours or the next day and handled every situation with such grace and fairness. I have never felt overcharged or taken advantage of, the exact opposite! I am very blessed to have such a wonderful company so close to home and I will forever recommend these amazing people!
Was highly recommended by my neighbors, and I will continue to recommend as well. Our boiler stopped working in the middle of the night, by the time we woke up our house was freezing. Called that morning and he arrived same day to fix the issue in no time. He was very professional, kind, and extremely helpful as this is our first home with a boiler. Thank you!
Hilltop is an A-1 plumbing snd heating business. Jim and his employees are very customer oriented. Taking the time to explain what repairs need to be done and keeping the customer informed on the work being performed. A hard working crew that is very responsive to the customer needs and they do the job right the first time. Highly recommend hometown company.
