A 2022 Google customer said Matt fit them in after a cancellation to paint their second-story wood deck, a job they could not get done themselves beyond the cleaning and prep work. That 2022 customer said he masked the house to protect it and separated the banister areas from the floor areas, then asked them to look around for any spots he missed and offered to come back for those.
We were trying to get our (2nd story) wood deck painted ourselves before the cold weather came in October, but we realized we weren't going to be able to get such a big job done beyond the cleaning/prep-work. Matt was booked pretty solid, but someone cancelled and he was able to fit us in (even between the rain and cold days) to get the job done. And he did it much better than we ever would have done it--he was very thorough and professional. All he asked for was the stain/paint, and he had all the tools and knowhow (the masking job he did to protect the house and separate the banister areas from the floor areas was phenomenal). After he was done, he asked me to look around for any spots he missed and he was willing to come back and get those. We were so relieved to have it done, and we have been thrilled with how it has stood up through shoveling snow off it this winter. I will definitely be hiring him again for other jobs we need done!
