His Corporation, run out of 9 Chestnut St in Medway with Todd Allen listed as owner, is the outfit that keeps showing up in its own town's building department — 11 jobs in 2023, 10 in 2024, 7 in 2025. The work is structural, not cosmetic. Medway permits from 2020 through 2025 cover second-floor additions, in-law suites with garages, a full new house on Winthrop St valued at $800,000, master-suite and kitchen renovations, a church kitchen and a fellowship-hall closet, plus smaller deck and porch rebuilds. Typical permit value runs about $32,150, though the spread is wide: a $6,775 laundry-and-bathroom job at one end, six-figure additions at the other. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, under the company's own name. What's missing is the homeowner's voice. Nobody has written a review of the company on BuildZoom, and no other rating site carries one either, so there is nothing from a past client about how the job actually went — how the schedule held, how the punch list closed, what the change orders looked like. That makes this a good call for a Medway-area addition or a whole-room renovation where permit-and-inspection experience matters, and a case where you should ask directly for two or three recent local references and drive by the finished work. The permit trail says they build; only a past customer can tell you how they build.
