A recent customer said that over several years Hoffman's crews planted major trees, installed flagstone walkways and applied mulch to a large yard, taking time to do the work carefully. A 2022 customer described a major design and build project at a weekend home on a heavily wooded ledge, with designer Brian Cossari drawing up the plan. That 2022 customer said the project started one week before the promised date and finished a week late, after scope was added and they hit an unexpected amount of rock when digging the pool. The same 2022 customer said Hoffman handled permitting, inspections and town relations. A 2023 customer worked with Hoffman to design and build a pool and the landscaping around it. A 2023 review from a condominium association of 366 homes said Hoffman clears its roads, driveways and sidewalks of snow and repairs damaged Belgian blocks and grass in the spring. A 2022 customer said annual landscaping needs are set out in an annual contract, so there are no surprises about costs or how often a service is provided.
