“Here are a couple of suggestions that our staff members have used and recommend.”
Don’t do it. Don’t hire them. $263 plus $50 tip. Never again. They were in my house for an hour and left it almost as dirty as when they arrived. My photos are of just one room… I could easily fill my camera roll with all the things they did NOT clean with my “deep clean” service… they did actually clean the bathtub that I specifically instructed that they don’t need to do, because it’s not currently hooked to plumbing. They didn’t bother to clean the shower that we all use. They didn’t bother to clean dog hair & dust from the floor in the dining room. Didn’t bother to wipe down the dining room table… I understand that they don’t move clutter, they wipe around it. But, they can’t move the salt & pepper shakers and the napkin holder on the dining table to wipe it? They can’t move the laundry basket in the bathroom to wipe the floor under/behind it? They can’t move the trash can in the bathrooms to wipe under/behind them? Sweep or vacuum some ashes near the wood stove that wasn’t even lit? Vacuum the master bedroom, at all?? No, apparently not. I’ve also sent three emails, left two voicemails, and responded to their survey with request for a phone call to discuss. They clearly state 100% satisfaction guaranteed, yet will not communicate. The only communication received finally, after I responded to a rebooking email, was simply that they have canceled future cleanings.
Our cleaner was great but this company is terrible. They never answer and even after I cancelled services repeatedly tried to "confirm" my appointment. After never responding to emails or phone calls they were able to text me to restart services and try and get my business back. Avoid this business.
Susan C and Meaghan B did a great job, and worked quickly, too.
Hollys has been our service for a year now and we have been very satisfied. Trustworthy, quick response time and home is left sparkling clean. I highly recommend them.
BEWARE: I know it can be hard to find good cleaners especially for vacation turnovers but I promise you that you will regret doing business with these awful people. You hear and see their constant obnoxious advertising because they can’t keep customers. I tried to use these people for my vacation rental cleanings and it was a disaster. There’s nothing fun about paying $350 for a cleaning and then spending hours cleaning it yourself after they leave. Communication is a joke, you will never get anybody on the phone. They only communicate through email and make sure you don’t mix up their multiple email addresses. When I fired them I told them they could come and pick up their linens but a new company would be starting at the next cleaning. Their cleaners showed up confused and said their boss never said anything about it. They even said “yeah this isn’t the first time this has happened this week” I then got nasty text messages from the owner saying I owe them $350 for the cleaning they didn’t do. I laughed at him or her and said no way and they threatened to put a lien on my property! I’ve seen in other recent reviews these con artists threatening other customers with legal action after customers are not satisfied with the awful job they do. Attached are some pictures of what I would walk into after they left. Between the lack of communication, poor execution of cleaning, and attitudes of the owners there is absolutely nothing ‘professional’ about this group of cons. Avoid at all costs or if you do take them on continue to look for a good cleaning company while you use them if you’re desperate. I have attached pictures of what I walked into after they completed a clean and charged me and I promise pictures don’t do it any justice
