Sometimes, accidents are lucky, and that was the case when we accidentally met Glenn Wambolt. Our friend walked through his development to look at a property that was listed for sale, at our behest. Glenn saw her and asked if he could help. He's been helping ever since. We spoke with him on the phone at that time, four years ago. It took that long for us to find the right property, and Glenn was patient to the end. He never tried to pressure us, always gave his honest opinion, and was extremely caring. For those reasons, he became more than our realtor - he became our friend. And when we finally DID find a property that checked all our boxes, he did all the legwork for us, making our lives hassle-free. He found the attorney, the home inspector, the insurance company, and the mortgage company, all of whom did a superb job. We didn't have to lift a finger, especially great since our primary home is out of state. We did a virtual walk-through with him, and then he availed himself to us to do another walk-through when we finally arrived in person. When we had questions, it took less than 5 minutes to receive a response from Glenn, whether via text or email.
