I have worked with Thomas on a buy/sell in the past year. He made a stressful, major life event seamless! He has an excellent, well honed sense of what the current market atmosphere will accept/tolerate, does a great job of coaching you through those numbers and is very good at keeping the stress of the process at a minimum.
