A standard coat closet and a small pantry became an inset hall tree with barn doors. That is what a homeowner described in a March 2023 review of Home Again's main-floor renovation, and it is the kind of job this company gets hired for — rooms reworked rather than simply replaced. Home Again Design Build works out of 23 W Bacon Street in Plainville and, by its own account, covers North Attleboro, Attleboro, Plainville, Mansfield, Foxboro and Wrentham. The site names Ian Wuilleumier as owner and describes a full-service residential remodeling and design company: kitchen and bathroom remodels, custom cabinetry, additions, basement finishing, decks. Its Better Business Bureau page is an A+ and lists a construction supervisor licence, CS-110461, alongside number 194891; Houzz lists the same pair. Bathrooms come up more than anything else. A June 2025 customer hired the team for a bathroom renovation and was struck immediately by the thoughtfulness and thoroughness of the approach. A February 2023 reviewer wrote about the precision of their bathroom remodel and a crew that stayed responsive. In a 2020 Houzz review, a homeowner called a bathroom job professional and safe from start to finish, and a September 2022 customer had several bathrooms remodelled and the whole outdoor deck redone. The design side shows up in the older accounts. In a 2017 Houzz review, a customer planning a beach-house kitchen expansion credited Ian with thinking through the practical side and with the idea of moving the peninsula from one side of the room to the other. A December 2021 reviewer had a three-season sunroom built and noted the crew arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of every day. Twelve written reviews spread across 2017 to 2025 is a long history rather than a busy one — five stars from eight Google ratings, 5.0 from four on Houzz, three Houzz awards. One thing to reconcile before you call: the company's site reports 15 years in business while its BBB page lists eight. For a bathroom or a kitchen you want redesigned rather than swapped out — or for built-ins that have to fit an awkward corner — this is a design-build shop whose customers describe working the plan through with Ian. Ask which licence numbers are current for your job, and agree what the design work costs before drawings start.

I can't recommend Ian and the Home Again team more highly. We hired Home Again for a bathroom renovation project. Immediately we were impressed with the thoughtfulness, thoroughness, and commitment to quality that Home Again utilizes in their building/contracting approach. Beginning with the design phase, Ian and team struck the perfect balance of giving us the freedom to choose the best options for our family while providing input, suggestions, and recommendations in a helpful and genuine manner. During the build, it became clear that Ian is incredibly skilled and brings in highly qualified collaborators. He is fully committed to doing the job the correct way. We also very much appreciated how communicative Home Again was. They promptly answered any questions we had, were incredibly responsive, and always communicated plans and timelines. Finally, we were very impressed with the high quality hand crafted items that Home Again custom built for our project. That included a custom vanity and built in shelving unit that are beautiful, durable and designed to our family's very specific needs. At the end of the day Home Again's commitment to quality and client collaboration is apparent throughout every inch of our beautiful new bathroom. We have already contracted them for another project and they will be our go to renovation team moving forward. If you are considering a home renovation project, you should 100% reach out to Ian and Home Again.

The Home Again team did an amazing job on our main floor renovation of the home we just moved into. Ian completely understood our vision and made it happen. The team took a standard coat closet and small pantry and transformed them into an inset hall tree with barn doors and a walk-in butlers pantry. They also gave us a new backsplash, quartz counters, refurbished our cabinets, made us a brand new custom island. We can’t wait to have more projects to give to this team.
Very happy with our bathroom remodel with Home Again. We were very impressed by the precision and quality of the work, and the team was very responsive and hard working. By far, the best experience I’ve had with having work done on my home. The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work, and it shows. They also were great at cleaning up before leaving for the day. They stayed within the projected scope for the project cost-wise despite the fact that there were a couple surprises along the way. And the system they use for communicating with clients makes the financial side of things very transparent and easy to follow.
