A 2024 Reddit post on r/maine, titled "Warning: Do not hire these guys," said the company was hired to work on the poster's roof, did not do the work that was requested, and laid plywood over existing shingles. A 2026 Google reviewer gave two stars and called the workmanship poor, writing that the front door was trimmed and the warranty voided. That 2026 reviewer also said the company made problems with a new back door.

Workmanship ship was poor because the front door was trimmed void the warranty. Jeff said the door place did it. What the heck .pass the buck. I talk w/ Ron at door hardware he said my warranty was void. Now why would the door maker send it out the door w/ no warranty. crappy workmanship also made problems w/ new back door.
