I could not be more satisfied with everything they’ve done. I had just purchased a house and John Giard spent an entire day going over every detail, fixing some issues on the spot and scheduling others as we went along. Over the next 2 weeks, as I saw other things that I wanted done, he scheduled them immediately. Since the house is new to me, but definitely not new, I am very happy to have such a great team to turn to with any issues that may still come up.

TJ was right on time, and was very quick to finish the job! The repair was embarrassingly (for me) simple and TJ saved me a bundle of money with his simple adjustments. Also, his explanations helped me understand what was going on with my outside faucets. He's the best!

Excellent and very fast service!! After I emailed the office this morning, I got a phone call perhaps 30 minutes later from the plumber. He said he would be at my place in a few minutes and he was. Some ten minues after his arrival, he had cleared the clogged toilet and had departed. Great service and quick response! Thank you!!
