Oquendo’s Cleaning Services

Cleaning before a sale or move appears in several dated accounts of Oquendo’s Cleaning Services. In a February 2026 Google review, a customer said Sam and the crew fitted them in at the last minute before an open house, and that visitors commented on how clean the house was. The business describes its work as residential and commercial cleaning, including regular and deep cleaning. It says it has been in business for 20 years, advertises free estimates and insurance, and states on Thumbtack that it is bilingual in English and Spanish. Business customers have described ongoing cleaning as well. In August 2025, one Google reviewer said the crew cleaned their business every day and had handled several properties for them. Another that month praised attention to detail, prompt arrivals and how clean the business was left. A customer writing in August 2024 said Sammy had been cleaning for them for over a year and praised his reliability, flexibility and thoroughness. Google lists 4.7 stars from 12 ratings; Thumbtack lists 5 stars from 22. The older residential accounts include specific cleaning work. A September 2022 Thumbtack reviewer hired Mr. Oquendo for the house while their husband hired him for a business. They praised both jobs and said he removed hard-water stains from sinks more than 30 years old in the office building. An August 2022 customer described Sam deep-cleaning a condo before it was listed. A July 2022 reviewer preparing to move praised the deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom. Another July 2022 customer, having an entire home cleaned before putting it on the market, said the owner contacted them promptly and visited the same day to explain the work and chemicals to be used. In a January 2022 Thumbtack review, a customer preparing for tenants said Sam also did handyman work, general cleaning and organizing.
