Called the office to schedule a service call the Todd gave me a speedy reply and came out quick to get my meter back up and going. Great price and quality work. Would recommend to others.

Let this be the last review you need to read here. Todd is my electrician. My life goals: 1. Find a wife 2. Have a child 3. Find tradesmen I trust With Todd, I've found an electrician I trust. He engaged with my technical questions instead of dismissing them, suggested a simpler install than we thought we needed (saving me money), and caught a grounding issue on my service that wasn't even part of the scope. That's the difference between someone doing a job and someone actually looking out for you. 10/10 definitely will call again.

Outstanding work by Home Service Electrical. We had been experiencing a recurring issue at my parents’ home — whenever one of them would shower and run the bathroom fan/heater combo to clear steam while the other used the kitchen microwave, it would trip the breaker. Todd and his team worked us into their schedule quickly. I’ll be honest, I was initially hesitant when they mentioned a $99 service call fee, but it was well worth it. During the visit, Todd took the time to perform a thorough inspection of the entire electrical system, walking me through items that don’t require immediate attention but will need to be addressed if we ever decide to sell the home. After the inspection, Todd presented his service book, which clearly outlined every task he would be performing along with the associated costs — no surprises, no guesswork. He made the entire process easy to understand and was incredibly kind and patient with my parents. You could tell he genuinely took the time to explain things in a way that made them feel comfortable and informed. Most importantly, he solved our problem. Todd removed the microwave from the overloaded bathroom circuit and ran a brand new dedicated circuit specifically for it — completely eliminating the issue. Hired HSE to wire our above ground pool, which needed quite a bit of work, going from the breaker box, across the yard (underground), and up to the pool area. Timely, detailed and outstanding work. Price was very fair, and explained everything installed in layman’s terms for us to understand properly, and even advised us on some things that weren’t up to par in our existing wiring. The eye for detail of their work is unlike anything I’ve seen - every inch of the job was meticulously installed and up to code. Would definitely use again!

Outstanding Service/ Truly Above and Beyond The owner of the company personally came by, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He met with my elderly mom and was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful. He took his time with her, explained everything in detail, and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. His assistant was also super nice! We shared a few laughs, and the whole visit felt reassuring and positive. Most importantly, he not only found the issue but fixed it quickly and correctly.
