I have contracted Portelada Electric in Ludlow for a couple of projects in my home. The response to both the quote and scheduling was prompt, and I appreciated being notified along the way regarding the approximate time to expect the work cycle to be completed. The installation projects were explained clearly and the jobs were handled proficiently, on time and fairly priced. Customer service is important to me and I recommend Portelada Electric as a reliable and professional electrician service.

it was tough to find a electrician that seemed to have the time . I just need a few small jobs done in my home. But John was able to trouble shoot and fix the issues no problem. He told me he liked doing small jobs for folks . He is courteous and professional and I was comfortable with having him in my home.
