In a November 2023 Google review, a customer wrote that what began as a request to get them started with a driveway quickly turned into a septic system, a well and a landing pad for a cabin they had just found. The reviewer wrote that Jason and Olivia rolled with the changes, coordinated the various jobs and handled it quickly and competently. In a May 2023 review, a customer wrote that they called at 11am for a loam delivery and it was on the ground at 1pm. Another May 2023 customer ordered a yard of crushed rock around 9:30 in the morning and wrote that Steve delivered it by 11 am. In an April 2022 review, a customer wrote that they had waited about a week for others to deliver gravel the previous fall, and that Homsted delivered the same day. In October 2023 a customer gave one star after ordering a 16 yard load for a gravel RV setting and parking area. The reviewer wrote that they had asked the owner for gravel or crushed rock no less than 1 inch in diameter, received a load of sand with very little rock in it, and that the person on the phone blew them off when they called. The reviewer believed the load was probably only 10-12 yards instead of 16, and wrote that they spent $500.

Wow! What began as "just get us started with a driveway while we plan and dream request" but morphed quickly into "guess we need a septic system and well and landing pad for a cabin we just found" request was handled quickly and competently. Jason and Olivia rolled with the changes, coordinated the various jobs to be done and worked wonders. We now have a beautiful spot we can sit back and enjoy! Thank you, we couldn't be happier.
We had the owner of this company come to our home to explain what we were needing to make a gravel RV setting and a gravel parking area. We were very specific that we wanted gravel/crushed rock no less than 1 inch diameter. We order our first 16 yard load which was delivered today. Instead of getting what we discussed, we got a load of sand with very little rock in it called the company to express our dissatisfaction, to which the person on the phone ...in short blew us off! Also, I believe they loaded by weight not yardage because what was dumped is probably only 10-12 yards instead of 16. We spent $500 and got screwed.
Really fantastic service. We always have gotten next day delivery for gravel for small projects. Always right on time and great communication and material. Very glad they are available locally.
Unbelievable service…I called at 11am for a Loam delivery and it was on the ground at 1pm. Received a call saying the driver was on the way - very good business and reasonable prices! Highly recommend!!!
