We needed an emergency pump at around 4 p.m. They weren't able to make it out that evening, but they arrived first thing the next morning. These guys are fast, professional, and genuinely nice! The process was underway before I even knew it, and we were kept updated every step of the way as things progressed. The gentleman who I believe is the owner or manager was extremely nice, and the entire job was completed in less than an hour. Beyond the outstanding service, he was also incredibly good to my family during a difficult time, and that is something we will all remember. You know what you did, and my family has tremendous respect for you! We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Outstanding service and a great crew!

We called Action Septic Service after hearing a humming sound on the sewer alarm box. Within 2 hours, two gentlemen from Action discovered that two wires were loose and fixed the problem. We were impressed with the work and degree of professionalism of these two men; the next day we decided to call Action to pump out the tank. Again the work was done with due professional care. The man who came to pump out the tank also helped us clear away the mulch and dirt that covered the tank lid. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Action
I had to have the pump ball and pump switch changed. Cassidy answered and was so professional. 2 gentlemen came out that very day and took care of the problem and got my septic pump working for me. Cassidy was also very nice in meeting me to make a payment. This company has a wonderful, very helpful team. Thank you very much.
