Honest Drain

Water was seeping through a recent Google reviewer's basement floor; the owner, Gianni, came over the same day, assessed the situation and got it fixed, and that customer said the pricing was upfront and the work warrantied. Honest Drain's website lists drain cleaning, sewer repair and replacement, root intrusion repair and sewer backup repair, and names a service area that runs from Cranston, Providence and Pawtucket to Warwick, Bristol and Little Compton. On Thumbtack the company describes itself as having over seven years of hands-on drain and sewer experience, with customers dealing directly with the owner. A recent customer with a main sewer line clog said Gianni solved the root clog within 2 hours, left no mess and gave multiple options for preventive maintenance. A recent customer with a sewer backup in the basement said the tech came within an hour, cleared the line, showed them roots and, with the customer's okay, cleared the line out with water. A Providence customer with a clogged drain called at 7:45 am, said the expert was at the home at 9:15 am, and had the shower back less than an hour later. A recent customer whose toilet would not flush said someone came out the same day and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. A recent customer who first went to someone else and got an insane quote said Honest Drain came out, gave a much better quote and explained everything.
