He’s a dogged investigator and doesn’t stop til he figures out what’s causing the problem…and then fixes everything back up again as efficiently as possible. Incredible patience. He will walk you through the process of your project as slowly or quickly as you’d like. He’ll give you his professional opinion but easily listens to yours. With him it’s a team effort every time. His prices are very fair. Truly small jobs are just as important to him as the big ones. Carter puts you at ease! HOT TUB REPAIR: Excellent work - I have an Ofuro Tub on my deck and the pipes were leaking over the winter and the Heater/pump stopped working. They were able to narrow down the issues (pipes were installed incorrectly), test the pressure, etc., and the tub is working perfectly now. Thank you!
