Brandon and Harlan at the company are great. As someone who owns a home service business I am frequently asked for a referral to a landscaping business, Hyde Park is an easy referral for me. They did a great job for a customer of mine in Westerly. I would not hesitate to refer them again!

The landscaping company hired by our apartment complex (Pledge Properties, Ledyard, CT) leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, their service is inconsistent and lacks the attention to detail that residents expect. They don’t come often enough to maintain the grounds properly, which leads to overgrown grass with weeds that attracts bees — creating an unpleasant and potentially dangerous situation for those with pets or allergies. Additionally, when the landscapers do show up, they often leave behind debris on patios and walkways, which residents are left to clean up themselves. This is frustrating and shows a lack of care for the community. One of the most concerning issues is the front entrance to the complex. It’s not being maintained at all, and the overgrown plants is causing obstructed views which are creating a serious safety hazard for drivers trying to pull in or out. This should be a top priority for any landscaping team servicing a residential property. Overall, the lack of regular maintenance and attention to safety and cleanliness needs to be addressed by either the current company or the property management team.
