I'll Take That Junk.com rents dumpsters in Worcester and throughout Worcester County, and says it has been in business 16 years. Its own site advertises no extra fees for appliances, A/Cs and car batteries, plus flat rates for specialty items: $75 for mattresses or box springs, $40 for tires and $50 for TVs or monitors. A recent customer rented a 10-yard dumpster for a week and said the driver delivered exactly where they wanted it and used blocks to protect the pavement. A recent customer said the dumpster was put up on wood bases so the driveway was not damaged. A recent customer said Christine answered calls or texts within minutes, even on a Sunday. A recent customer said they picked up a bed frame in under an hour without much charge. A recent customer said they do not charge extra for weight on a residential pick up. A 2026 customer said they had ordered dumpsters weekly for 3 years and that the dumpsters were clean and placed where needed. On Google the company holds 4.9 stars from 80 ratings, and its BBB page is an A+ with accreditation. A recent customer asked for a hook truck for a tight driveway, said it was not sent at first, and said the truck hit the new concrete walls on both sides of the driveway; that customer said a promise to make it right was not kept and a request for 10 days instead of 7 did not happen. A recent customer who had a Monday-to-Monday rental said the dumpster did not arrive until 5pm, the truck came at 12pm on Monday to pick it up without any call, the driver refused a request for 30 more minutes, and the owner never called back.
Save yourself the headache, and the arthritis from writing all those zeros should you be foolish enough to go with Casella or LeBoeuf! No dumpster co. Can compete with I’ll Take That Junk. Consistently on point when it comes to their drivers and availability. And I guarantee you will never find better customer service. I have used a couple of different dumpster rental companies in the last 20 years I will say by far I’ll take that junk far exceeded my expectations and other companies! From drop off verifying placement of dumpster is where I need/ want it to communication with Christine who answers the call or text within minutes even on a Sunday! Great company if you need a dumpster reach out to them! When you receive your dumpster you will notice pride in the company dumpsters are solid not rusted and clean not smelling like the landfill or having last customers trash still in it! Thank you
If you’re in need of a dumpster this is the place to call. Easy to communicate with, always on time, and made sure our driveway/lawn wasn’t damaged when dropping off the dumpsters. Whenever I need a dumpster next I am not hesitating to give them a call. Also their prices are the best in the industry. Great service, great prices and great people. 10/10 recommend
