Ideal Movers & Storage Inc.

A large, distant move over several days, including a piano: a customer reviewing Ideal Movers & Storage in June 2026 said the crew handled each item and box carefully and put the furniture exactly where the customer wanted it before leaving. The Hadley company handles moving and storage; its BBB profile describes local, long-distance, commercial and piano moves, packing services and climate-controlled storage in Hadley and South Deerfield. Its website also advertises self-storage in both towns. Customers describe moves that included storage as well as a change of home. In a July 2026 Google review, one customer said Garrison was responsive while arranging the move. Odemir, Jose and Alex arrived promptly, packed and moved the customer out and in, and made a stop to drop items at a new storage unit. The customer also praised the storage facility and its staff. An August reviewer credited Jason and Helio with efficiently moving household belongings into storage while treating them with care, and described a seamless experience from estimates and billing to storage-unit management and moving day. Another July reviewer said Brianna and Megan were responsive when scheduling an estimate and booking the move, while Jason and Montoya were timely, efficient and careful with the customer's belongings. A separate July customer described a calm, thorough intake and careful, friendly movers, and considered the price competitive. Google lists a 4.9-star average from 245 ratings, and the BBB gives the company an A+ grade. Price drew a different comparison in an October 2024 r/northampton comment: the commenter praised Ideal Movers but said it was asking about three times Two Guys' rate. That was one person's dated comparison. Other r/northampton commenters recommended Ideal Movers in March 2023. A September 2023 WWLP report, citing Hadley Planning Board Clerk Bill Dwyer, said Ideal Movers was building and operating a facility, with a separate LLC to be formed to own the real estate.
