Prime Cleanout Services

A garage cleanout, unwanted items after a water-heater failure, and an old porch torn down: customers describe hiring Prime Cleanout Services for removal work that went beyond collecting a few bags of trash. The company describes cleanouts and junk removal as its focus, covering household junk, furniture, basements, garages, and full-property cleanouts. Its website also offers attic and estate cleanouts, construction and demolition debris removal, yard waste and brush removal, and appliance removal. A Thumbtack customer writing in August 2026 said a water heater had failed shortly before vacation, leaving a bunch of items to discard. Prime took care of the items quickly. In a July review, another customer described Rafael and his wife cleaning out a garage, delivering everything they had promised, and charging a fair price. A September Google reviewer praised the crew for tearing down an old porch and cleaning up afterward, describing quick, efficient work at an affordable cost. Communication and punctuality come up in customers' accounts, too. One September customer said Prime was responsive, communicated well, arrived on time, and handled everything requested. Another described good communication and an on-time arrival for a cleanout. An August Thumbtack reviewer who had worked with Rafael and Ketlyn twice praised their responsiveness, promptness, and flexibility when projects changed in scope. A separate Google customer said Prime came at the last minute and got the job done quickly. Prime also lists furniture moving and heavy lifting, furniture delivery, piano moving, pool-table moving, dumpster rental, and demolition services on Thumbtack. These are listed offerings alongside its cleanout work. Google shows a five-star average from 16 ratings, while Thumbtack shows five stars from six ratings.
