IERACI LANDSCAPING

A May 2026 Google reviewer alleged that Ieraci Landscaping’s crew blocked streets, sidewalks and driveways and put children and drivers at risk. Ieraci describes itself as a family-owned Newton business with more than eighty years of history. Its website identifies John Capello as owner/operator and advertises residential and commercial landscape design, maintenance and construction, alongside masonry, excavation, driveway work and snow services. In a March 2013 report, Patch said Judge Frances McIntyre sentenced Capello to probation and required $105,000 in restitution for contributions he had failed to make to the unemployment assistance fund. The same report said Capello had repaid the money and satisfied the terms of his probation. Google showed a 3.3-star average from seven ratings in August 2026. BBB gave the business an A+ grade and listed it as unaccredited. Houzz lists Newton and Weston as service areas.
