Iliana's Cleaning Services describes itself on HomeAdvisor as based in New Haven County, and it asks for at least 24 hours' notice for all services. A 2019 customer said Iliana and John evaluated a large home, gave a fair price for its size and cleaning needs, were punctual, and spent more than 8 hours cleaning a house that was dirty after a move-out. A 2019 reviewer wrote that Iliana's brought a whole team and plenty of ladders to clean the hard-to-reach windows of a modern house in one day. A 2019 customer said Iliana came with another woman and deep cleaned the entire house. A 2019 reviewer who had been a client for 2 years wrote that Iliana was easy to reach by text and the price was fair. In a 2015 review, a customer described an errand rather than a cleaning: documents retrieved from a New Haven court clerk's office and mailed by USPS Priority, with a thank-you to "Jon and Iliana's Errand Service."
