Diamond Touch Masonry

Patios, retaining walls and stone steps account for much of the work customers describe hiring Diamond Touch Masonry to do. The Mashpee company advertises masonry and hardscape services across Cape Cod and Plymouth, including walkways, chimney repair, stone veneers and outdoor kitchens. It also lists landscaping, excavation, concrete work, power washing and asphalt paving. A June 2026 customer identifies Ryan Bird as the business owner; customers also name Shaun, Andrew and RJ in accounts of their projects. A May 2026 homeowner described a Mashpee project with a cobblestone driveway entrance and edging, a stepping-stone path, a pea-stone driveway and a backyard patio. Because this was not their primary residence, the customer particularly valued Ryan and the team’s pictures and videos during the work. In June, another homeowner said Shaun and the hardscape division installed a cobblestone-edged shell driveway and kept them informed throughout the project. Several accounts describe rebuilding older outdoor structures. A July customer said Ryan, Andrew and the crew replaced a leaning retaining wall, installed a stone walkway and left the area ready for landscaping. An August reviewer described replacement of deteriorated basement bulkhead stairs that had been cracked, hollow and letting water into the basement, praising straightforward communication from estimate to completion. A customer writing in June 2026 described two separate projects: a June 2024 chimney repair that stopped wind-driven rain leaks, followed by replacement steps and a retaining wall, plus a new front stoop and patio in June 2026. The customer praised communication and fair pricing, including extra work requested during the second project. Another June reviewer described a bluestone patio and walkway reset, with an estimate within two days, scheduling within two weeks and completion in two and a half days. That customer also said the crew cleaned up each day. Pricing and responsiveness receive specific praise. A July 2026 customer said multiple West Dennis projects stayed within budget and the crews arrived when promised. Another July reviewer said Ryan sent a mason back the next day to make an adjustment after a misunderstanding the customer attributed to themselves. There is also a negative account: a March 2025 Google reviewer called the service and work “Horrible” and added, “This is not a fake review.”
