Ina Home & Commercial Cleaning describes itself on HomeAdvisor as a residential and commercial cleaning company. A 2025 Google customer named Pat Grigware as the owner and called the company's pricing fair and affordable. In a 2013 review, a customer said she cleaned, dusted, organized, scrubbed and washed the floors, and orange-glowed the hardwood floors. That 2013 customer wrote that she brought a staff with her, cleaned herself and oversaw the others' work. The same 2013 customer said the first visit cost more because it had been a while, and that future visits were significantly less expensive. A 2008 customer called the work very well done, but said there were a few times the girls had to come back to redo some of the bathrooms.
I would enthusiastically recommend Ina’s Home and Commercial Cleaning for any residential or commercial cleaning services. I have had the pleasure of working with this company and have been consistently impressed with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their dedication to customer satisfaction. Ina’s team delivers exceptional cleaning services that are not only thorough and detailed but also fast and highly efficient. They operate with a level of responsiveness and reliability that is increasingly rare. No matter the size or scope of the job, they approach every task with care, attention to detail, and a friendly, positive attitude. Their pricing is fair and affordable, which makes their high level of service even more impressive. One of the key reasons Ina’s stands out is the leadership of Pat Grigware, the owner. Pat is a true professional—organized, personable, and deeply committed to excellence. She is incredibly easy to work with and ensures that her team reflects the same high standards she sets for herself. Pat and her staff are consistently communicative and dependable, making every interaction smooth and stress-free. It’s not easy to find a cleaning service that checks all the boxes—quality, affordability, professionalism, and kindness—but Ina’s Home and Commercial Cleaning does just that. I give them my highest recommendation without hesitation and encourage anyone in need of cleaning services to reach out to them. You’ll be glad you did.

My house looked beautiful and smelled incredible. She cleaned, dusted, organized, scrubbed, washed my floors, orange-glowed the hard wood floors. Paid attention to details. It had been a while since I had her clean for me, so it cost more. Future visits were significantly less expensive. She brought a staff with her, cleaned herself and oversaw the others' work. I couldn't have been any happier with the outcome. I had recently broken my back and was unable to clean like I have in the past and I was embarrassed to have anyone see my house. She made me feel comfortable and just did a beautiful job. She is the only person I will use to clean my house (unless my husband wants to do it).
Very well done overall, there were a few times when I had the girls come back to redo some of the bathrooms. Very satisfied.
