That action is eight years old and says nothing about how the company operates today — but 41 workers is not a paperwork slip, and it is a fair question to put to them, especially if it matters to you whether the people in your house are employees with sick time and proper wages. A sensible call for a move-out or a turnover where somebody has to get a lived-in place presentable fast, and the same crew members turning up by name across two years points to continuity rather than a rotating roster. Before booking, ask how the cleaners are classified today and what the 2018 citations were resolved as, and ask for a reference from the past year — the comments on file are older than that.
