10/10 service and inspection. Well knowledgeable. Explains and details everything. Highly recommend.
Michael is the BEST person ever to hire to do an inspection when purchasing a home. He is so thorough and every issue he finds is documented with pictures so no want of wondering what he’s referring to. And always available to explain any questions of things not understood. I have had him for inspecting 3 homes which because of the issues found saved me from buyers remorse. He just did the last inspection for me which allows me to be confident in purchasing the property. I can only praise him for being able to trust him to do the job Thank you Michael!
This being my first home purchase, I have no grounds for comparison, but I would like to say that I was thoroughly pleased with the way Michael conducted this inspection! I greatly appreciated the context and education provided. The report was delivered within 24 hours and was very detailed. I would gladly recommend his services to any home buyer!

Michael was very thorough, professional, timely, and very personable. He was able to walk us through every aspect of the inspection, giving detailed responses to any questions, ensuring we understood the route to best improve on the areas of concern. He has a lot of knowledge on all aspects that he covered. We will definitely be using his services again in the future!
